In accordance with company policies and adherence with the Canadian Uniform
Standards
And Practices please be aware of the following:
1-All appraisals will require the naming of a specific lender, whether it be an
institutional
or privately funded mortgage.
2-Payment of the appraisal fee in no way warrants support for any value
suggested by the ordering party or value to support a sale price.
3-The appraisal may only be used for a single purpose e.g. mortgage financing,
matrimonial issues, legal issues.
4-Once the report has been addressed and delivered to the intended user, it may
only be re-addressed to another user if the original user advises Progressive
Appraisal Services Inc., in writing, that they will not be relying on the report.
5-An unsigned courtesy copy, with watermark, will be delivered to the ordering
party for informational purposes only. Only the end user (lender) will receive a
signed copy.
6-Regardless of who pays for the report, a copy will only be delivered to the
ordering party and the end user (see above
