Prior to entering the appraisal field Ian had considerable experience in the construction world and operated his own general contracting business. Coupled with his knowledge of construction and his fascination with real estate, this move to appraising was a natural progression. Ian is also a licensed realtor with LSTAR but his main focus is on appraising. As president of Progressive Appraisal Services Inc. he has put together a team of enthusiastic appraisers that are eager to service clients in a timely, professional and highly competent manner.
