 Progressive Appraisal Services Inc. was founded in 2008 by Ian Rogers and specializes in residential appraisals.  There are four full time appraisers on staff, two senior appraisers holding the CRA Designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and overseeing two candidate appraisers who are working toward obtaining the use of the CRA designation.  We have over 45 years experience appraising residential real estate for a variety of purposes, and are on the approved appraisers list of most major banks and lenders. 

The pressure to provide faster appraisals at lower prices, but still maintain quality work is increasing in Ontario.  Progressive Appraisal Services offers all three of those qualities in every appraisal assignment we accept. 

We cover all of Middlesex County, all of Elgin County, the western section of Oxford County, including Woodstock, and have recently added  Perth County.
